The Majacraft Luna spinning wheel is the latest addition to the Majacraft range
of quality, hand-built spinning wheels.
Luna has a unique inline design that offers you a beautifully stable spinning experience, with a smooth treadling action that is light and responsive.
The Majacraft Luna is a scotch tension spinning wheel, particularly suited to spinning traditional yarns from lace to bulky. It comes standard with a round orifice flyer and four standard black Majacraft bobbins.
Like all Majacraft spinning wheels, most of the Majacraft accessories can be used with Luna, including the different pulley sizes, the larger jumbo bobbins, all the flyers from large through to small lace and plying flyer, the small lace kit and bobbins, the Stylus, and the Aura flyer.
Luna is hand-built using sustainable bamboo, and is uniquely designed to make the most of the lovely grain.
This is a hard wearing wood, and combined with the quality parts Majacraft wheels are known for, we are confident Luna will last a lifetime.

Majacraft Bobbins, Regular and Wood
Majacraft offers a wide range of bobbins for your wheel. All Majacraft wheels come standard with plastic bobbins (except Aura, which uses the wooden jumbo bobbins). You can purchase additional plastic bobbins here or you can switch to regular wooden bobbins with plastic without purchasing another flyer. All other bobbins (jumbo, lace and baby) are wooden bobbins with plastic and will require that you have a specialty flyer/kit.
